ServiceNow has replaced the paper ITAR with online requests!
Requests in the new system are made through a Service Catalog. All of the products and services currently offered by AHF IT are listed in the catalog including hardware, software, and application access.
And don’t worry about approvals. ServiceNow automates the entire process through the system and by using integrated notifications.
AHF IT also uses ServiceNow for tracking and fixing issues. Examples of IT “incidents” include password resets, Citrix issues, connectivity problems, and power outages.
To log into the new system go to https://aidshealth.service-now.com and use your AHF credentials (first name.last name) to log in.
