Nominee: David Peraza
Submitted By: Megan Tracy
Nominee Division: Information Technology
David assisted me “ABOVE AND BEYOND” several times while I was working remotely from home in May. I was working remotely from home and was having software issues on a few occasions and was assisted quickly by David P most of the time when reaching out to the general IT department he was usually the one to respond back first. He took the time to explain the issue I was having whether it was a VPN issue or a simple thing as an expiring password. If the issue was not able to be solved right away he was able to communicate with me the steps he needed to take and who we were able to reach out to, to get further assistance. It made the “working from home” thing less stressful because I knew that any issues would be solved and my workflow would not be interrupted.
