That’s why they’re excited to bring you the brand new mobile device request process. If you need to request a cell phone for yourself or one of your direct reports, follow the steps below:
1. Order the device through ServiceNow (via the AHF Intranet)
2. ServiceNow will send the approving manager 2 forms
3. The approving manager attaches the completed forms to the ServiceNow ticket.
4. The employee’s senior manager approves the mobile device
5. The procurement manager approves the request
6. The mobile device is ordered
