If you have flu-like symptoms - like a fever or cough - or have been around a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please call your healthcare center or pharmacy and speak with one of our staff members before you:

  • Schedule an appointment
  • Come to your scheduled appointment
  • Walk-in without an appointment
  • OR come into the pharmacy

We’ll ask you some questions that will help us determine whether you should be tested, come to our office, or stay home.

At AHF Pharmacy, we’re here for you.

  1. Following the current recommended guidelines given by the CDC  if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please do not come into an AHF Pharmacy. Instead please call (855) 894- 6337 to speak with one of our staff members who will arrange free confidential delivery of your medications. 
  2. In an effort to make sure that you have uninterrupted access to your medications in uncertain times, we will be refilling your prescriptions early so that you have a 60-day buffer. 
  3. If you are concerned about going out in public and are unable to pick up your prescriptions, we will, at no cost to you, deliver or ship them to you.

Know what to do about COVID-19.

  1. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as fever or cough, please call your primary care provider (PCP).  Your PCP’s phone number is on your member ID card.
  2. If your PCP’s office is closed or you want to speak to a nurse now, call our Nurse Advice Line at +1-888-993-2880
  3. Learn about coronavirus and COVID-19 and the precautions you can take at www.postivehealthcare.net.
  4. We will cover the cost of COVID-19 testing with no copay for patients who meet CDC guidelines for testing.  Contact us if you think you should be tested.

We care about your health.

  1. At this time, AHF Public Health Division has limited services to its Wellness Centers only. Please click here to find your nearest Wellness Center.
  2.  We are unable to provide free HIV/STD testing at this time. Our Wellness Centers will still provide free STD treatment, HIV linkage to care, PEP prescriptions, and PrEP refills to clients.
  3.  Our Wellness Centers do not have COVID-19 testing available at this time.
  4.  If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 or develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice.
