We’re reaching out to let you know that there’s been a change to your upcoming appointment with Long Huen Au. Long will be departing from AHF as of July 11th, 2025, as he has been accepted into medical school. While we will miss him dearly, we are very proud of his achievement and wish him all the best in this exciting new chapter.
To ensure you continue receiving the care you need, our team will contact you soon to help schedule a new appointment with one of our on-site providers, Daniella Acuna or Dr. Zweig. Both are dedicated to supporting your health with the same care and attention you've come to expect.
If it’s more convenient for you, we’re also happy to offer appointments through telehealth, so you can connect with your provider from wherever you are.
