TELL NEVADA STATE BUREAUCRATS TO STOP THREATENING PATIENT CARE

The Nevada Medication Assistance Program (NMAP) is once again putting bureaucracy over client care.

According to NMAP, clients must leave the Ryan White program – and in some cases, their long-term, trusted health provider – and enroll in an NMAP-approved private health plan by August 1^st – or else they could face suspension from the program or waiting lists for their medications.  NMAP’s unreasonable steps will harm people living with HIV/AIDS and undermine efforts to end the epidemic in Nevada.
