Our staff has been hard at work to make the AHF Patient Portal the best that it can be. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of the updated AHF Patient Portal. We listened to our clients and have made improvements to the portal based on their feedback.
The new AHF Patient Portal gives our patients a simple, secure way to manage their health – whether they’re at home or on the go. We make it easy to either download the AHF Patient Portal directly to any Apple or Android smartphone. Or if clients have the “My AHF App” they can access the portal quickly and easily directly through the app.
With the AHF Patient Portal our patients can:
- Communicate with their care team.
- Schedule and manage appointments in an easy-to-use calendar.
- Get test results from anywhere.
This patient portal is a big step forward to make our patients’ lives easier and more convenient. The new portal will also encourage adherence as it makes it easier to stay on top of upcoming appointments and directly speak with our care teams.
